Muslims Celebrate Eid al-Fitr, a Islamic Holiday

Almost world wide Muslims Celebrate Eid al-Fitr to mark this year’s with the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan and the start of a feast that lasts up to three days in countries like Canada,Central and South America, Africa, Europe like and almost the fully Asia.Approximately 1.6 billion Muslims celebration Eid Al-Fitr 2014 (1435) is today Monday, 28th July 2014.
Eid Al-Fitr is also known as the Feast of Breaking the Fast, Bayram, the Sugar Feast, the Sweet Festival and the Lesser Eid, its an important religious Islamic Holiday celebrated by Muslim Community.
A Religious Event where thousands of Muslims awake early morning to pray either at an outdoor prayer ground or a Muslim Mosque. They will be dress in the finest clothes and decorate their homes with lights and other decorations.

President  Jacob Zuma of South Africa said, the Muslim community charity work that has been done in this time was “remarkable” and brought relief a large section of underprivileged communities, Eid was a day of peace and blessing, he said..

“May this spirit of peace and tolerance be visited upon those parts of the world engaged in conflict and where there is suffering and pain,” Zuma said.

“He wishes all Muslim Compatriots a blessed Eid Mubarak.”
