Latest News, Costa Concordia Wreck Ready for Demolition

Finally the once luxurious Cruise Ship"Costa Concordia" port in Genoa to enter the Scrap Market of unwanted travelers transportation.Five days Costa Concordia was finally rescued off the Island Tuscan of Giglio. The wreck arrived without incident on her last sea rescue, 240km on navigation up the Tyrrhenian Ocean

This all after just a year ago after tourist where on a sea safari to explore the nature reserve Giglio in January 2012 with the loss of 32 passengers, when the South African salvage master Nick Sloane had to face his biggest test off an idyllic Mediterranean island.Well Nick and his team was successful with the operation, he was warmly praised by German Michael Thamm, CEO of Costa Cruise who manage the Concordia for US giant Carnival Cruise.
